Who we are
Established by Macquarie Asset Management’s Green Investments team, we are at the forefront of fleet-charging innovation. Our board of directors and leadership team have a wealth of experience in finance, infrastructure projects, distributed energy systems and technology solutions.
Our focus is to empower businesses to achieve a fully electric fleet, making the transition as easy, efficient and economical as possible.
What we do
We will partner with our clients to offer three holistic offerings that cater for all commercial EV fleets – trucks, buses, vans and light duty vehicles.
Our one-stop-shop solution takes care of the end-to-end process of design, installation, management and financing of EV charging infrastructure, with no upfront costs. We get our clients’ electric fleet on the road and keep them driving, 24/7, 365 days a year.
Fleete’s digital platform uses real-time monitoring to control the charging assets and optimise energy use at the charging site. This enables your organisation to improve energy efficiency, reduce environmental impact and maximise operational excellence.
Through Fleete’s extensive network of partners, we work closely with our clients to provide one-to-one support on aspects such as EV charging strategy and planning, fleet vehicle selection, and scalable charging infrastructure for futureproofing.

Fleete brings together curious and entrepreneurial minds in a multidisciplinary team that collaborates to bring innovation to everything we do.
Why we exist
Great efforts are being made around the world to boost the uptake of EVs to achieve tough net-zero targets set by national governments. This mammoth task requires the mass rollout of reliable and convenient charging infrastructure.
By 2035, Europe alone will need 65 million electric vehicle chargers, requiring US$134bn in infrastructure investment. More than 3 million of these chargers will be in fleet hubs*. The drive to transition to electric presents organisations with a number of barriers to overcome.
Key challenges businesses face in electrifying
Cost
High upfront costs. Accessing the capital to deliver new supporting infrastructure and services can present a huge barrier for businesses wanting to transition.
Resource
Organisations may not have dedicated resource to plan, manage and deliver the EV transition or the ongoing management of new infrastructure.
Expertise
Fleet electrification is complex. Many organisations lack the detailed knowledge and experience needed across procurement, strategy, construction and operations.
Risk
Owning and maintaining this new hardware brings with it inherent risks. Internal capabilities to manage these risks can be costly and time-consuming.
That’s where Fleete can really make a difference. To address these pain points, we will work hand in hand with our clients at every stage, to make their electrification journey as seamless as possible.
